Potato pie (if you are tired of dieting)


 

 

 


 

Potato cake is my own invention. I always eat healthy to keep my weight balanced.

I don’t like to eat because food is poison to me. Food is a slow poison that makes a woman look old.

There was a time in my life when I ate tuna and tomatoes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I lost 26 kilograms of extra weight in 2 years.

The potato cake is for those times when you don’t want to eat meat (because meat with pasta, rice or potatoes makes you fat) but are hungry for more food.

The potato cake does not make you fat because it contains broccoli, onions and carrots.

Well, maybe you’ll gain 300 grams. You can diet after this potato cake and you will be slim as always.

 


Potatocake

 

Oven temperature: 175 ° C

Ingredients:

6 grated potatoes

1 carrot

100 grams of broccoli

1 small onion

Add garlic to your taste.

2 or 3 eggs

Salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 dl white flour

1 dl cooking oil

Mix all ingredients into a dough. Pour the batter into a mold. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 45 minutes.
